We gladly answer your phone calls from 8:00 a.m. until 11:30 p.m. every day. Please note that there is no telephone assistance available between 11:30 p.m. and 8:00 a.m.

A veterinarian is on site 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, to personally provide professional veterinary care for your pet.

Especially during night time hours, you might find the doors of the Berlin Veterinary Center to be closed. Please ring the bell to the right of the door and you will be connected with one of our veterinarians by phone inside the building.

Please understand, that it might take a moment for the veterinarian to come and open the door and attend your needs.
